Overview
The nitrogen/hydrogen mixing device is mainly used to control the flow of hydrogen/nitrogen to achieve a certain proportion of hydrogen/nitrogen mixture. In general, less gas flow is to control the content, a hydrogen nitrogen mixing device is mainly composed of nitrogen gas flow meter, hydrogen flow meter, hydrogen analyzer, PID controller flow control valve, pressure gauge etc
The device is working automatically. Compare with the set value, so the hydrogen added can be controlled, and ensure that the hydrogen content in the post-grade gas is in the specified range.
Hard brazing
Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high joint strength, The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products. Silver base copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron parts.
Brazing Process
The surface of the cleaned workpiece is assembled in lap mode and the solder is placed near the joint clearance or between the joint clearance. When the workpiece and solder are heated to a temperature slightly above the solder melting point, the solder melts (the workpiece does not melt), and it is inhaled and filled with between the solid workpiece clearance through capillary. The liquid solder and workpiece metal diffuse and dissolve each other, and the brazing head is formed after condensation.
