Overview
Nitrogen and hydrogen are respectively imported into the nitrogen and hydrogen mixing tank with the corresponding inlet valve and flow meter. The mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen in the mixing tank is to mix to a certain proportion of the product gas, and then goes through the corresponding product air outlet valve to the use point.The device is an automatic proportioning device.
Features
PID Control : The control precision is high, and the obtained signal can be compared with the set value rapidly, and instructions can be issued quickly, so as to ensure the accuracy and precision of the control and the rapid reaction can ensure the stability of hydrogen content.
PID control is mainly based on the content of the difference of value and content of the actual value to realize the control. When the actual value is lower than the set value, PID command control valve turn up the flow. And when the actual value is higher than the set value, PID command control valve turns down the flow, and then constantly repeating, ultimately achieve balance, namely the unity of the set value and actual value.
The whole system is compact and delicate, adopting integral valve frame structure with stainless steel, so it is durable to use.
