The electric arc furnaces are to be widely employed in mini
steelworks project to form short-route steelmaking process with
secondary refining furnace. Electric arc furnace of our group covers whole series products
ranging from 5ton to 200 ton; our electric arc furnace could be
powered directly.
Electric arc furnace mainly used in smelting of high-quality carbon steel,stainless steel,manganese and other metals,which is the main equipment for scrap smelting.
- Product Description
three-phase arc steelmaking furnace, the structure of removing the roof, then feeding from the top, tapping from tapping mouth, operating by right side. Mechanical Electrode lifting structure, furnace is tilting and furnace lid lifting, rotating by hydraulic, electrical control using PLC (Siemens) mediator control.
Main features
According to requirements, the steelmaking arc furnace can adopt alkaline or acid lining, and can smelt carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other varieties. The electric arc furnace equipment has the following main features:
▲ Electric furnace equipment adopt open the lid by rotating, top
feeding, tapping from tapping mouth, semi-elevated layout.
▲ Copper composite conductive cross arm, and the overall is the way
of column.
▲ Large cross-section water-cooled cable.
▲ The overall furnace shell, solid structure, good rigidity
▲ Furnace cover structure by water-cooled, long life
▲ Adopting the most advanced intelligent PLC electrode regulator at
present, the maximum guarantee the accuracy and reliability of
electrode automatic system.
▲ Electric furnace tilting and furnace cover rotation adopt
hydraulic drive operation, improving smoothness and reliability of
equipment.
▲ Hydraulic system and hydraulic pump, one for using, the other one
is for preparing.
▲ Hydraulic tank is stainless steel fuel tank.
▲ Electrode automatic lift system with non-conductive transmitter
device, to prevent the breaking of electrode.
▲ Transformers can be overloaded by 20%, with sufficient mechanical
strength to ensure that they can withstand frequent short circuit
shocks.
▲ Transformer for the strong oil circulating water (OFWF) adopts
trouble-free oil circulating water cooler.
▲ No loading switch adopts electric control.
