The RBSIC (SISIC) burner nozzle have excellent heat and wear resistance, oxidation resistance, shock resistance,
high strength, no residue, no crack, long service life, convenient replacement ... advantages
The RBSIC (SISIC) burner nozzle are used for tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, roller hearth kiln as the flame tubes.
The burner nozzles are also used for heating on either direct or indirect furnace systems.
The RBSIC (SISIC) burner nozzle have been installed in most of ther imported and domestic made kilns.
What is the Silicon Carbide (SiC)
Silicon carbide has been the most widely used material for the use of structural ceramics. Characteristics such as relatively low thermal expansion, high force-to-weight radius, high thermal conductivity, hardness, resistance to abrasion and corrosion, and most importantly, the maintenance of elastic resistance at temperatures up to 1380 °C, have led to a wide range of uses.
