Brief Introduction

In the traditional oil and gas drilling site, there will be a simple mud pit of about 1,000 cubic meters, with floor space of 1.2 acres to 1.5 acres. The pit is used to contain drilling cuttings and waste mud. In the process of exploration and development, it needs to add a variety of chemical agents in order to maintain excellent performance of mud. In this case, the mud pit left in the drilling site becomes a "culprit" easy to pollute the environment. After wells completed, mud pits are buried in situ. In China, oilfield enterprises have more than 3,000 sets of drilling rigs, there will be about 10,000 wells drilled each year. If we calculate floor space of 1,2 acres per each well, then 12,000 acres land is required. That is, at least more than 10,000 pollution points will be produced, so pollution is very serious. Our oil-based drilling waste management is mainly divided into waste drying collection unit, liquid phase separation unit. As for disposal of waste mud, we need to add gel breaker processing unit.
