The Single Shaft Shredder Machine is mainly used to crush wood, rubber, plastic, paper and other waste materials. It is suitable for waste recycling in various industries. 1 The Single Shaft Shredder is capable of recycling large quantity intractable material efficiently, such as wood,large hard & solid materials (waste lumps from extruder),plastic containers,bucket,plastic pipes,film,fiber,paper,etc.
2 It is with below advantages:firm design,low noise,low power consumption,and continue working for a long time.
3 The output scraps size can be adjusted to minimum 16mm(Through adjusting the screen),and also no need the screen if there is no size requirements on output scraps.
4 The shaft of knife rotates under low speed.
5. This machine controlled by PLC,to control the loop selective(if overload,rotors will revers to avoid feeing blocked).
