  Not exceed 12 hours on weekdays.

• What is the minimum quantity I must order?
  We don’t technically have minimums, but due to gain higher cost performance, the minimum order quantity for this product is 2000 units.

• Do you have displays or packaging in stock?
  No. We do not inventory any displays. Each order requires a custom production setup and is manufactured to a custom order quantity.

• Can you help me do the display & packaging design?
  Of course, Horizon have over 5 staffs in Design & Development Department, they are mainly focus on develop and build up new project. Our Design Team had provide many design for a lot of international and domestic well-known enterprises. I think you had seen lots of our Display Stands & Retail Packagings in many retail store such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, 7-11 Store, Best Buy, and many others.

• How to find the best solutions fitting you?
  Already has designs?
  Great, we can bring your design into reality coming out from the drawing. Of course, no worries, we will test your design via making a prototype and return you with the best proposals.
  No clear rendering and design yet?
  Don’t worry, there are a lot of designs on our website catalog for your reference. You could choose which design you prefer most, we can work out the display size and provide you mock up drawing based on your requirements and your product size.
  No any ideas at all?
  It doesn’t matter, just tell us your requirements or your display and product specification, we do and customize the POS solutions with different designs for you until you are satisfied.

• What is your sample cost? Does it charge me the tooling cost?
  Free Design, No Tooling Charge, Free Sample (sample cost will be refund).

• How long does it take once I place my order for displays or packaging?
  Sample Lead Time is 2-3 Working days plus transit;
  Mass Production Leading Time is 7-12 working days plus transit;
  All lead times are from the point that Horizon has received structural and art approvals.

• How will my order be packed, can you provide the assembling service?
  You Can Have Your POP/POS Displays Pre-Filled or Flat Packed.
  Flat Pack: to pack 1 or several sets of displays into one master carton with assembly instruction sheet. Normally the assembly time is about 2 - 7 minutes for clients.
  Pre-Filled Pack: Mainly to deliver the fully-assembled display to client’s factory for them to fill in the goods. Or clients send the goods to us and allow us to assemble the display and fill in the goods directly.

• How do I know my product will arrive safely to my customers?
  Horizon manages the flow of materials from concept through delivery. We are strict performer of quality control in accordance with IS09001:2008 & ISO14001:2004 Certificate. Our QC department will take the inspection before shipment, the QC report with results and relevant pictures will be sent to you. We have a long-term partnerships to delivery to goods to all over the world that we can proof our goods is safely and speedy arrive customer request space.
