1, Injection molds & Plastic parts
Material: PP, ABS, PC, ABS+PC, Nylon, Delrin (POM), PMMA, AS, PS, PE, PET, PVC, PEEK, etc; GF added material (ABS+GF, PA66+GF, PA666+GF); Rubber-like material (TPE, PU, NBR, silicone, NBR+TPE etc)
Special specifications available depend on different materials and requirements: scratch-resistant, flame resistant, UV resistant, food-grade, chemical resistant, etc.
Sizes: All sizes and thickness available.
Process: Injection molding, over-molding.
Surface finish: texture (VDI/MT standard, or made to client's sample), polished (high polish, mirror polish), smooth, painting, powder coating, etc.
Colors: clear (standard clear or high optical clear), semi-transparent, other colors (Pantone code #, or made to client's sample).

2, Metal parts
Material: aluminium (6061, 7075, A380 etc), stainless steel (SS304, SS316), carbon steel, brass, zinc, etc.

Process: Machining, casting, die casting, punching/stamping, extrusion, welding, laser cutting (some of the processes are outsourcing from our existed partners).
Surface finish: polished (high polish, mirror polish), smooth, blasting, vibrating, anodizing (standard o hard anodizing), painting, powder coating, blackening, etc.
Application: household commodities, electronics, car parts OME & Performance, motorcycles, bikes, machinery parts, hospital, cosmetics, Military and Aerospace etc.

3, Assembly service
We have an assembly line and assembly workers in our workshop.
We make plastic and metal parts, and we source some accessories if needed like hardware (different kind of screws, bolts & nuts), wires/harness, switches, LED bulbs, batteries, motors, magnets, bearings, glue or double-sided stickers, sticking foam, color boxes, printing etc, and assemble them with the plastic and metal parts which we made in our workshops.

Q: Can you accept OEM service?
A: Yes, we are warmly welcome OEM service. Just send your 2D&3D drawing or golden sample with quality demand (such as material, surface treatment, color, and package) to us.

Q: What is the drawing format you needed?
A: Prefer to STP, DXF for 2D&3D drawing, and PDF, AI, CDR, JPG for artwork design.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs, but we accept lower volume for your trial order.

Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure, we usually provide a free store sample to you for quality checking. 1~2days can delivery. But there is a little sample fee that would be charged if you request your OEM samples, and it is refundable when your order is up to a certain quantity. 3~5days can delivery.

Q: How much is the freight charge?
A: To save money and time, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, and deliver by sea for large quantity. At the same time, we can get a big discount from a shipping company.

Q: Do you have a quality guarantee?
A: Yes. We have a QC department and 100% inspection before shipping, to ensure the CNC parts is NO visual defects, a traceable quality record for the product shipped from us.
