Introduction

TRNJQ series Mud Gun is designed for solids control system in drilling process. It is one kind of special tool which is mainly used in the drilling mud circulation system and prevents the mud precipitates. The structure of mud gun is simple, flexible operation and easy using. Mud gun is the ideal equipment to guard against the precipite in mud tank for fluids processing system.

The mud gun in the mud system can also be used for transfer mud from compartment to compartment, like for trip tank compartment. TR Mud Guns are available for rotation adjustment to allow the operator to optimize the mud guns performance. The replaceable wear resistant jet nozzle is used, which is special design with better shearing.

The role of the mud gun is the use of three-cylinder pump or centrifugal pump to provide a certain pressure to impact the bottom of the tank sediment, and then stir the mixer to mix the drilling fluid, it can also be used to clean the bottom of the sediment.
