Exothermic gas generators produce either a lean or rich atmosphere composition depending on the chosen air-to-gas ratio. Exothermic gas is used for the thermal treatment of metals as a protective gas, which can be generated in an exothermic gas generator through burning natural gas. This process is taking place under heat emission.
For annealing and normalizing process, casting and forging parts, brightness annealing and quenching process should use thick exothermic atmosphere, For brightness treatment process , bluing treatment and blacking treatment can adopt thin thin exothermic atmosphere.
Brazing Process:
The surface of the cleaned workpiece is assembled in lap mode and the solder is placed near the joint clearance or between the joint clearance. When the workpiece and solder are heated to a temperature slightly above the solder melting point, the solder melts (the workpiece does not melt), and it is inhaled and filled with between the solid workpiece clearance through capillary. The liquid solder and workpiece metal diffuse and dissolve each other, and the brazing head is formed after condensation.
