c. Pre-arching machine
Use the pre arch machine to do pre arching dealing, so that there will no water inside the platform in the raining days, and could also avoid slipping, to make sure the safety.
d. Automatic welding machine
Full automatic continuous welding, welding gap is even, there is no welding false and welding missing
e. Shot blasting machine
Rust cleaning by using shot blasting machine, to increase the adhesion of the painting, could eliminate part of the welding stress, so that the painting hardness is high.
f. Large automatic painting room
Using anti-corrosion primer and finish, film thickness ≥ 120μm, paint adhesion is good, to ensure that the scale body corrosion resistance;
